海域使用管理辅助系统设计与实现

DESIGNING AND REALIZING MARINE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT SYSTEM

国家版海域管理单机系统仅实现了用海申请等业务管理功能,为满足海域使用管理中对业务数据应用和文档处理等方面的实际需求,基于GIS和C#、XML、水晶报表及API,开发了海域使用管理辅助系统。在海域使用管理的空间数据显示、数据统计分析、重要业务文档管理等方面,对国家海域使用管理系统进行了功能补充,相应系统已为浙江台州海洋渔业局推广应用。针对海域使用管理辅助系统的设计和实现进行了介绍,而其中对地图标注等开发难点问题的解决,为类似系统的开发提供了参考。

In all the stand-alone editions of state marine management system,the primary function is just about the operation management of marine applications,which can not meet all the actual requirements,such as the operation data application and the important documents processing,etc. Based on techniques of GIS,XML,C#,Crystal report,and API,a marine management assistant system is developed,in which the functions pertaining to marine management spatial data displaying,data statistical analysis and important operation documents management are covered,thus it is a functional complement to the state marine management system,and the corresponding system has been well applied to the Oceanic and Fishery Bureau of TaiZhou,Zhejiang province. The design and implementation in light of marine management assistant system are introduced in detail,and the solution on the problems such as map label placement provides the reference to similar system’s development.
