摘要
从胶体化学理论出发,利用高分子溶液对溶胶的保护作用,往涂料体系中加入自制的聚丙烯酰胺,来控制低固含量彩喷纸涂料中胶粒的团聚。系统考察了保护剂聚丙烯酰胺的分子量,胶黏剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)的型号,以及两者与阳离子添加剂、聚乙烯蜡乳液助剂等的加入量对涂料体系稳定性的影响。通过单因素实验和正交试验确定了最佳的低固含量涂料配方为:硅溶胶(固含量30%)100g,聚丙烯酰胺(分子量1.11×104)0.6g,聚乙烯醇(型号PVA235)3g,固色剂(型号IJ-450,固含量30%)30g,聚乙烯蜡乳液(固含量35%)0.7g。
According to the colloid chemistry theory,utilizing the protective effect of macromolecular solution on colloidal sol,the self-made polyacrylamide(PAM) was added into coating system to control colloidal particle's conglomeration of low solids content coating.The effects of molecular weight of PAM,type of PVA and all components addition on system stability were investigated.By the orthogonal experiment,the optimum formulas of low solids content coating were determined as follows: silica sol 100g,PAM(appropriate molecular weight 1.11×104)0.6g,PVA(type 235) 3g,color-fixing agent(type IJ-450) 30g,PE wax emulsion 0.7g.
