摘要
本系统是利用微机对大型旋转机械进行振动监测与故障诊断的数据采集系统,具有实时整周期、时速同步控制的功能。它由采样控制板与数据采集器两部分组成,以硬中断的前后台工作方式、采用汇编语言与高级语言相结合,既提高了采样速度又充分发挥了主机的工作效率。该系统在20万千瓦汽轮发电机组的振动监测与故障诊断中应用,取得了良好的效果。
This paper describes the data acquisition system of a large rotating machinery for vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis by means of microcomputer. It possesses of functions in real time, complete period and time-rpm synchronous control. It consists of a sampling control panel and a data acquisition panel. It utilizes the front and background technique mode with hard interruption and adopts a combination of assembly and hi (?)h-level languages, resulting in not only raising the acquisition velocity but also sufficiently increasing the efficiency of the main computer. This system is applied to a 200MW turbine set for vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis. For a long time operatiou it is proved that this system is operated with good results.
