One-Step Preparation of AKD Neutral Sizing Emulsion

本文简要叙述了近年来国内造纸行业施胶技术的发展变化,指出了传统酸性施胶方法的缺陷和不足,对现有AKD中性施胶技术进行了优化和改良,提出了"一步法"AKD中性施胶乳液的制备方法和设备。

This paper discribed the developments of internal sizing technology.The shortcomings of traditional acid sizing were also discussed.The paper studied one-step preparation of a AKD new neutral sizing emulsion on the basis of traditional AKD neutral sizing and the factors of affecting AKD sizing.The result showed that one-step prepared AKD neutral sizing emulsion had better sizing efficiency.
