摘要
以柠檬酸盐、丙烯酰胺和阳离子化试剂等为原料,合成了阳离子纸板专用挺度剂;研究了反应条件,如反应单体配比、引发剂用量、pH值等对纸板挺度和对浆料系统的助留效果的影响,并与目前市场上常用的挺度剂进行了比较。结果表明,在用量均为0.8%的条件下,本试验挺度剂比其他挺度剂具有更好的增挺及增强效果。
A series of cationic copolymer stiffening agents were prepared based on salt citrate,acrylamide,and cationic monomer.The effects of a series of reaction conditions such as reaction monomer ratio,dosage of initizator,pH on the paper stiffness and pulp retention were studied.The results indicated that the stiffening effect of 0.8% synthesised stiffening agents based on the paper was better than that of the conventional products with the same dosage.
