一种高稳定性有机硅消泡剂的制备及其在造纸黑液中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 以含氢硅油(PHMS)、烯丙基聚醚为原料,在氯铂酸的催化下制得聚醚改性硅油(PMS),通过红外光谱对其进行表征,并用其乳化二甲基硅油(PDMS)制得有机硅消泡剂乳液。研究了聚醚与含氢硅油的配比、乳化剂的最佳HLB值和用量对产品性能的影响。实验结果表明:当m(聚醚):m(PHMS)为0.56,乳化剂的最佳HLB值为8、用量为油量的5%制得的消泡剂在高温强碱环境下保持优良的消抑泡性能,效果优于市售同类产品。 Polyether modified silicon(PMS) was prepared using allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether and(PHMS) as raw materials and H2PtCl6 as catalyst.And the properties of PMS were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy,and then a series of organosilicon defoamers were obtained with PMS as emulsifier.The effects of mass ratio of PE to PHMS,the best emulsifier HLB value and its dosage on the product performance were analyzed.The results indicated that organosilicon defoamers were endowed with excellent defoaming and foam suppresson properties,and when the mass ratio of PE to PHMS was 0.56,HLB=8 and PDMS mass dosage of 5%,its performance was superior to that of common commercial product.
