摘要
针对PTA氧化装置跳车的原因进行分析,找出反应器进料泵在其中的影响。针对原控制系统的弊端,对其压力控制系统进行改进,如增加1台压力开关,修改DCS组态,实现二选二逻辑控制,压力开关重新选型等,达到优化控制的目的。
According the causes of PTA oxidation unit trip,the effect of feed pump on it and the disadvantages of the original control system were found out.The pressure control system of the feed pump was improved such as adding one presure switch,modification the DCS configuration,realization two select two logic control,anew type selection of pressure switch.The optimal control aim was achieved.
