摘要
以企业核心竞争力的二元结构维度为基础,分别从核心竞争力的内部和外部两个维度进行信息化对核心竞争力提升的关联分析,阐述信息化在企业生产、管理、营销、技术创新、外部响应等方面对竞争力的促进作用,以及核心竞争力对信息化的反向促进作用,并在此基础上提出二者相互促进的齿轮式联动模式,最后提出了企业依靠信息化提升核心竞争力的策略。
This paper analyzes the correlation between informatization and core competitiveness promotion separately from the internal and external dimensions of the core competitiveness based on dual structure of the core competitiveness of enterprises.It also elaborates the role of informatization in promoting the competitiveness in production,management,marketing,technical innovation,and external response and so on and the reverse roles of core competitiveness to informatization.And based on these,it puts forward the gear coupling model of mutually promoting core competitiveness and informatization.And finally this paper proposes the strategies for enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness with informatization.
