摘要 一、前言随着人们生活条件的改善,人类消耗的总能量中,民用能耗的比例不断增加。在一些发达的西方国家,民用能耗的比例已接近或超过了产业用能耗。例如,美国的民用能耗占总能耗的36%,产业用能耗只占29%。
