摘要 环境问题是21世纪全世界面临的重大课题,将数据挖掘技术用于对环境问题的研究极大地促进了环境问题中定性研究与定量研究的结合。在充分调研分析的基础上选取了衡量陕西省11地市环境污染与治理状况的两套指标体系,首选用主成分分析法对指标体系进行降维处理;其次采用聚类方法将其分为三类,结合当地实际,通过环境污染与治理现状的对比分析可以有效衡量各地区环境污染与环境治理协调发展的程度,仿真实验结果与实际情况基本相符,并在此基础上提出了具有参考价值的建议,为相关部门提供决策支持。 Environment is one of the most important projects of the world,using Data Mining technology in solving environmental problems has greatly promoted the combination of Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Based on lots of research,the index systems were selected for environmental pollution and governance.First,use the principle components analysis to reduce the dimension of the index system.And then,the cities were divided into 3 clusters using clustering algorithm.According to the actual situation and the contrast of pollution and governance,coordinated development of the cities can be measured.In the end,significant proposals were suggested for decision support.
