摘要
介绍了S3C2410微处理器与NAND Flash的接口电路,分析了从NAND Flash启动的引导加载程序U-Boot的设计思路,并重点阐述了从NAND Flash启动的程序设计,重新编写了U-Boot的重定位代码,实现了U-Boot从NAND Flash的启动。通过串口终端的打印信息证明U-Boot成功从NAND Flash中启动,整个嵌入式系统运行良好。
The interface circuit between S3C2410 and NAND Flash is introduced in this paper,and then the design thought of U-Boot which starts from NAND Flash is analyzed in it.Particularly,the programming design method that U-Boot starts from NAND Flash is elaborated and the relocation code of U-Boot is rewritten;finally the U-Boot started from NAND Flash is realized.The printed information via the serial port proved the U-Boot started from NAND Flash successfully,and that the whole embedded system ran well.
