摘要 阐述了增加均衡电路的意义,并结合混合动力车的实际运行情况,设计了锂电池组的均衡模块。选择能耗型均衡方式来实现电池荷电状态的平衡。针对电池不均衡的情况制定了均衡策略,并进行了模拟工况测试实验,效果明显。此电路工作稳定,并兼顾了实时性、安全性,可以有效的抑制电池组不一致性的扩大,延长电池组的使用寿命。 Explain the importance of balance circuit,and design the equalization module of Li-ion batteries for HEV.This circuit isenergy consumption,and equalizing the state of charge via controlling voltage values.The working condition test is given in the last place.This controlling strategy with real-time and safety,steadily prevents from enlarging the imbalance and prolongs the cycling life of batteries.
