黑龙江省杂草稻与栽培稻的生物学多样性初步研究 被引量:1

Studies on Biological Diversity and Genetic Differentiation of Weedy Rice and Cultivated Rice in Heilongjiang Province

摘要 通过对50份杂草稻和18份栽培稻的9个农艺性状的遗传多样性及其变异关系的研究,结果表明:杂草稻株高、穗长、平均穗粒数、结实率、芒长、芒色、粒色等植物学特性均较栽培稻变异大。Neis遗传多样性值(h)明显高于栽培稻,表明杂草稻比亚洲栽培稻具有更丰富的遗传多样性。 Nine phytological characteristics of 50 accessions of weedy rice and 18 cultivars of cultivated rice were studied to evaluate the genetic diversity and variation of weedy rice and cultivated rice.The results showed that plant height,ear length,the average number of grains per spike,seed setting rate,long of awn,color of awn,grain color and other botanical features of weedy rice were great variation than those of cultivated rice.Nei's genetic diversity of weedy rice was higher than that of cultivated rice obviously indicated that the genetic diversity of weedy rice was more abundant than that of cultivated rice.
