中西医结合治疗移位性Polin骨折46例

摘要 Polin骨折又称Hanmmen骨折,是指波及踝关节的胫骨远端骨折,多为爆裂性或楔压型粉碎骨折,损伤严重。2003年1月—2008年1月笔者收治Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型Polin骨折患者46例,取得较满意疗效,现报道如下。
