泡沫铝冲击吸能器被动冲击隔离技术试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对舰船及其设备在服役期间必然要面对接触爆炸、非接触爆炸以及舰船自身武器发射等带来的冲击问题。文章参照德国BV043/73标准,试验研究一种基于泡沫铝冲击吸能器的被动冲击隔离技术,得出泡沫铝冲击吸能器的应用能有效消除设备的二次冲击和其工程应用是现实可行的结论,为其应用提供重要的指导基础。 Warships and onboard equipments must face various shock problems caused by contact blast,non-contact blast and the impact due to the weapons emission of its own.Referring to Germany BV043/73 standard,a passive shock isolation technique using the Aluminum foam energy absorber is investigated and tested in this paper.The results demonstrate that application of Aluminum foam impact energy absorber can effectively avoid secondary impact of the equipment.The results give some useful advices for the engineering application.
