摘要
用Pd(OH)2对六苄基六氮杂异伍兹烷(Ⅲ)催化氢解,同时进行乙酰化,可获得稳定的产物四乙酰基二苄基六氮杂异伍兹烷(Ⅳ)。Ⅳ经亚硝化、硝化得到四乙酰基二硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(Ⅵ),硝化Ⅵ可得目的物。
Various methods have been tried to debenzulatehexabenzylhexaazaisowurtzitane(Ⅲ),but only by using hydrogenolysis at the presence of Pd/C catalyst and combining with acetylation in situ, a stable dibenzyltetraacetylhexaazaisowurtzitane(Ⅳ) can be obtained. Ⅳ is converted to dinitrosotetraacetylhexaazaisowurtzitane(Ⅴ),and then nitrated to dinitrotetraacetylhexaazaisowurtzitane(Ⅵ). Ⅵ is nitrated by different methods into the hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane with high yield. The structure of the product Ⅵ is identified by IR,MS(CI,EI), 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and elemental analysis.
