摘要
以四川大槽低品位含铬矿石(Cr2O3平均含量为8.57%)为研究对象,对三种选矿工艺流程进行了对比试验研究,研究结果表明,强磁-摇床-中矿再磨-强磁-摇床选矿工艺流程是处理大槽低品位铬铁矿较为合理的工艺流程,不但可获得含Cr2O340.75%,回收率78.53%的铬精矿,且占地面积省、生产成本较低。
Using the low-grade chromite ore(the average content of 8.57% Cr2O3) in Dacao Sichuan as the research target,comparison tests of three technological flowsheets are performed.The results show the technological flowsheet of high-intensity magnetic separation-tabling-middlings regrinding-high-intensity magnetic separation-tabling is reasonable for the recovery of chromite from the low-grade chromium ore in Dacao.Not only the chromium concentrate of 40.75% Cr2O3 with a recovery of 78.53% is obtained,but also the earth is saved and the cost of production is reduced.
