Discussion of Regression Effect and Some Examples of Their Calculations

本文从统计学原理出发,简要地阐述了原始数据的搜集、拟合曲线的选择、不同模型下预测精度的比较等手段在统计工作中的应用。笔者运用回归模型对江苏省未来五年内手表销售量进行了成功的预测。

This paper, based on the principles of statistics, expounds concisely the application of such means to the statistical work, such as, the collection of primary data, the selection of fitted curves and the comparison of the predicted accuracy for different patterns. The writer, on the basis of the regression patterns, makes a successful calculation of the sale capacity of watches throughout the forth-coming five years in Jiangsu province.
