摘要
就教师在5.12大地震后教育重建中的专业发展的理念、教师所接受的专业培训现状、各学校对教师发展的规划以及长效机制等重要因素进行了调研和分析,并就教师发展中的所遇到和正面临的相关问题提出了针对性的建议。
This paper presents an investigation of the concept of teachers＇ professional development in the reconstruction after 5.12 earthquake,the situation of professional training teachers receive,schools＇plan on teachers＇development and the long-term mechanism,and provides suggestions for the existing problems.
