摘要
针对国内电子时间引信在自检测方法上存在的空白,提出在传统电子时间引信基础上增添CAN总线自检模块。该方法采用新的引信与外部通信接口,引入CAN总线通信方式,在控制电路中增加自检测模块,对引信的工作时序进行局部调整,使引信在生产过程中、火箭弹发射前、火箭弹发射后都具有全面的自检测能力。分析表明,采用新的通信应答方式提高了引信时间装定可靠性。该技术沿用一般电子时间引信控制电路,保持其工作状态不变,产品具有良好的继承性。实验表明,该检测方法能够全面地对引信进行检测,检测方法合理可行。
This paper proposed a CAN-bus self-checking module for traditional electronic time-fuze.This module possessed a new external communication interface,which applied CAN-bus communication method and a self-checking module in the control circuit to make partial adjustment in fuze working process.Which made the fuze has the comprehensively self-checking ability in production process,before and after the rocket projectile launch.Analysis indicated that the new communication method could enhance the reliability of setting.The working status was maintained by following the common electric time-fuze control circuit,the product was of good succession with the original ones.Testing results indicated that the self-checking method could completely checke the fuze,and was feasible.
