摘要
针对直列式引信系统联机调试中出现的电磁干扰问题,提出了引信电子安全起爆系统抗电磁干扰加固方法。该方法采取对电源模块和可控硅进行滤波,屏蔽时钟电路、变压器和继电器,提高敏感器件的抗干扰性能,切断干扰传播路径等综合加固措施。通过高低温、力学性能以及电磁兼容等各种环境实验,结果表明:系统工作性能稳定,状态良好,测试波形准确,抗电磁干扰加固方法有效,能抑制来自系统内外的干扰,提高了引信的安全与可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of electromagnetic interference occurred in in-line fuze system's on-line experiment,a reinforcement method for fuze ESAD was put forward in this paper.The method included filtering power modular and thyristor,shielding the clock circuit,transformer and relay,strengthening the susceptible device's performance of anti interference,etc.After these measures been taken,the whole system passed the tests of temperature,mechanics and EMC.The experimental results showed that the system was of good stabilization,and had an accurate testing waveform,which testified the reinforcement method was effective to restrain interference inside/outside of the system and promote the safety and reliability of fuze.
