某炼化企业污水处理场职业病危害控制效果评价

Valuation of Occupational Hazards Control Effect in One Refinery Waste Treatment Plant

目的通过对某炼化企业污水处理场进行职业病危害控制效果评价,为企业职业病危害因素的防护提供依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据和资料,并结合职业病防护设施及个人职业病防护水平,对作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平及职业健康影响进行评价。结果检测结果表明,该项目噪声防护设施及控制效果基本合格,化学毒物防护设施需改进。结论该企业在加强职业卫生管理、完善职业病危害防护设施并运行正常,个体防护用品落实到位的情况下,职业病危害因素是可以预防和控制的。

Aim： Knowing about occupational hazards in one refinery waste treatment plant to offer the support for the occupational hazards control. Methods： comprehensive evaluation of workers＇ hazards exposed level and occupational health level combined the facilities using the data from occupational hygiene in vestigation, occupational hazards tests. Results： Occupational health evaluation of this refinery waste treatment project meets the qualification, but the toxic prevention needs to be improved. Conclusion： this en t erprise＇s occupational hazards can be prevented and controlled if the current measures are implemented.
