摘要
招聘面试是考官对求职者的主观评价过程,是大部分企业招聘新员工的一种重要方法。随着近年来各企业招聘标准由学历向能力的转变,招聘面试成为企业招聘合格人才的一大主要工具。在分析了企业招聘面试中存在的主要问题后提出了增进面试有效性的途径,以期为企业招聘面试工作提供借鉴。
Employment interview is a subjective evaluation process concerning the interviewer and the interviewee,and it also is a vital method for recruitment.With the transition of selection criterion from qualification to competency,interview becomes more and more important.This paper analyses the problems in enterprises'employement interview and puts fovward solutions to the provement of the effectiveness so as to offer advices for enterprises in employment interview.
