摘要
随着独立学院学生规模的不断扩大,学生管理工作也面临着新的问题。通过对"三本"学生本身的特殊性及学生管理中存在的问题等方面进行研究,探讨适应独立学院学生特点的学生管理策略和方法。
With the increase of the scale of the students in independent colllege,the traditional management of students is faced with new problems.In this paper,we explored the strategies for the management of students in independent college through research on the specialty of the students and the problems in the management of students.
