铸铝电机转子熔炼工艺试验研究

摘要 为了改善异步电机铸铝转子的力学性能并提高导电率,对铁芯离心浇铸铝液的熔炼、涂料使用以及铝液的清化、变质处理过程进行了试验研究,结果表明:采用复合添加剂对铝液进行净化、除气和变质处理,简化了电机转子熔铸工艺流程,同时细化了铸铝转子的晶粒组织、提高了电机转子的导电率. To improve the mechanical property of cast aluminium rotor in asynchronous motor and enhance its electric conductivity,an experimental study is carried out on centrifugal casting aluminum melting,coating ratio,cleaning and metamorphism of the aluminium liquid.The result shows that the technology of fusion cast is simplified,the grain structure of cast aluminium is thining down and the electric conductivity is improved as a result of adding composite additive to aluminum liquid to purify,degas and metamorphose.
