摘要
石油产品的质量事关国计民生,其中运动粘度是石油产品质量控制的一项核心指标,其测定必须严格按照GB/T265-88进行,如果实际操作中若偏离GB/T265-88则等同偏离了粘度测定的理论依据即泊肃叶方程式成立的假设条件,将会相应增加测试相对误差,从而影响测试结果的可靠性,直至使其可靠度达不到95%的置信水平.本文从泊肃叶方程式成立的假设条件入手、就各种偏离泊肃叶方程式成立的假设条件的行为进行比照实验,对影响测试结果可靠性(置信水平)的程度进行了系统分析论述并提出了纠正对策.
The quality of petroleum products is closely related to the national economy,and the people's livelihood and the kinematic viscosity of petroleum products is a key index of quality control.Its calculation must be strictly done according to GB/T265-88.In practical operation,the deviation from GB/T265-88 means the deviation from presupposition of Poiseuille equation,which may result in the relative error of calculation and affect the reliability of results.As a result,the reliability cannot reach the confidence level 95%.Based on the presupposition of Poiseuille equation establishment,various deviations are compared in the experiments and the degree of reliability(confidence level) is discussed systematically.Finally the correcting countermeasures are proposed.
