药流后阴道异常出血162例临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 162 Patients with Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding after Drug-Induced Abortion

报告１６２例药流后异常阴道出血患者的尿ＨＣＧ、Ｂ超检查及病理学特点。药流后异常出血主要由于绒毛组织残留所致。药流后阴道出血超过２１ｄ者尿ＨＣＧ阳性率明显下降（Ｐ＜００５）。１２例Ｂ超阴性者，１１例病理提示绒毛残留。６例尿ＨＣＧ及Ｂ超检查均阴性者病理学均提示绒毛及／或蜕膜残留。提示对药流后异常阴道出血者，即使尿ＨＣＧ及Ｂ超检查均为阴性也应及时清宫，尿ＨＣＧ及Ｂ超检查可用于监测清宫是否彻底。

A hundred and sixty-twe cases with abnormal vaginal bleeding after drug-induced abortion were reported.The main cause of abnormal bleeding was due to the retained chorion.The positive rate of urinary HCG test was declined obviously in patients with vaginal bleeding more than twenty-one days after durg-induced abortion ( P <0 05).In twelve cases with negative results of B-US examination,pathologic test revealed retained chorion in eleven cases.In six cases,the test of urinary HCG and B-US examination were both normal,but pathology showed retained chorion and decidua.The results suggest that timely curettage was necessary,even if negative results were given by urinary HCG test and B-US examination.Urinary HCG test and B-US examination can be used to determine whether the retained products of pregnancy were thoroughly removed with curettage.
