摘要
采用放射免疫法测定44例正常新生儿及53例败血症新生儿血浆ET水平,发现正常新生儿血浆ET处于较高水平,生后第1天最高,达12923±433ng/L,随日龄增加,ET渐下降。新生儿败血症血浆ET水平高于对照组(P<001),败血症休克时升高更加明显达18278±2678ng/L,高于对照组及败血症。提示ET参与新生儿败血症的病理生理过程。
In this paper,plasma ET levels were measured with radioimmunoassay in 44 normal newborns and 53 neonatal spesis.We found that plasma ET levels in normal neonates were at a higher level.The highest was 129 23±4 33ng/L in the first day of birth,then it was decreased gradually with the increase of fetal age during the neonatal period.Plasma ET levels in neonatal sepsis was higher than that in the control( P <0 01),plasma ET level in newborns with septic shock was 182 78±26 78ng/L,which showed significantly difference with that of control( P <0 01) and neonatal sepsis group( P <0 001).It suggests that ET participating in the pathophysiological processions of neonatal sepsis.
