论新课程改革背景下新疆师范院校课程设置与实施

On the Curricula Setting and Implementation of Xinjiang Normal Colleges in the Background of the New Curriculum Reformation

课程是教育目标得以实现的载体,课程规划与实施是人才培养模式的重要内容。新疆高等师范院校在课程设置与实施方面存在着不容忽视的问题。所以,应以基础教育新课程改革为参照,重构课程体系,以未来教师的素质生成为目标,创新课程实施。

Curriculum is regarded as the carrier to achieve the goal of education.The planning and implementation of the curriculum are of great importance in talent development mode.There are still some problems existing in the arrangement and implementation of curriculum that can not be ignored in Xinjiang higher normal colleges.Therefore,it＇s necessary to reconstruct curriculum system with the reference to new curriculum reform of the basic education,and to innovate the curriculum implementation with the purpose of improving the quality of the future teachers.
