新疆高校大学生心理健康教育工作现状与对策研究

An Investigation into the Current Situation and Countermeasures to the Education of College Students' Psychological Well-being in Xinjiang

通过对新疆维吾尔自治区33所高校大学生心理健康教育工作现状的调查研究,文章认为建立符合新疆多民族地区高校大学生心理健康教育的模式、完善支持保障体系、完善心理服务体系、构建科学化的评估体系、加强大学生心理健康教育师资队伍专业化建设是加强和改进新疆高校大学生心理健康教育工作的主要对策。

Based on the study of 33 colleges and universities in Xinjiang,suggestions on how to improve the education of college students＇ psychological well-being are put forward.They are： establishing the new mode suitable for the multi-national area in Xinjiang,optimizing the supporting system,constructing a scientific system of evaluation and improving the professional development of teachers.
