摘要
文章根据市场经济条件下的音乐人才培养方向,提出了办学决策者应站在时代发展的高度审视现在、展望未来,应准确把握时代对人才、对知识的要求,社会对人才优劣标准的选择,制定适应时代、适应社会、适应未来发展的人才培养目标。
This paper recommends that policy-makers should take the requirement of the times both at the present and in the future for talents,knowledge by society into consideration in order to make the cultivating objects of talents adaptable to the times,the society and the future development.
