第三产业发展带动浙江就业增长的实证分析

Empirical Analysis of the Development of the Tertiary Industry Promoting the Employment Growth in Zhejiang Province

文章依据浙江省1985~2008年的统计数据,借助就业弹性、贡献率等指标,研究浙江省第三产业及其内部各行业吸纳劳动力的情况与趋势。研究结果证实：第三产业近年来保持较强的就业吸纳能力并具备继续扩大就业的潜力;传统第三产业仍为吸收劳动力的主要部门,新兴部门吸收劳动力能力较低,应是今后发展的重点。

Based on the statistic data from 1985——2008 in Zhejiang province and the indicators of employment elasticity and contribution rate,this essay studies the situation and trend of the tertiary industry which employs its employers.The results of the research indicate：in recent years the tertiary industry has a strong capacity of hiring employees and has the potential of expanding employment,and the new industries have a relatively poor capacity of hiring employees and should be considered as the focus of the future development.
