摘要
研究了新型填料TQ补强粉的微观形态,对天然橡胶(NR)力学性能的影响及其在胶料中的分散状态,并与云母粉进行了对比。结果表明,TQ补强粉的粒子微观形态呈片层结构,片层尺寸较云母粉大且厚;活化TQ补强粉对NR有较好的补强效果,且优于云母粉;TQ补强粉及云母粉在胶料中均有明显的取向行为。
The morphology of a new type reinforcing filler(TQ)and its influence on mechanical properties of natural rubber(NR) and the dispersion in vulcanizates were investigated,and a comparison of TQ powder with mica powder was made.The results showed that the morphological structure of TQ reinforcement powder particle showed lamellar structure.TQ reinforcement powder had better reinforcement effect on NR and more clear orientation behavior in the rubber compounds than those of mica powder.
