摘要
文章首先回顾了我国核电价格机制,如还本付息定价与合资核电的价格模式;其次,论述了我国当前执行的经营期上网电价方式,阐明了各价格要素在定价中的影响;最后,探讨了核电未来定价模式,包括新模式应遵循的原则,标杆电价及其考虑因素。
This article first reviews the price mechanism of China＇s nuclear power,such as debt service procing and pricing model of joint venture of nuclear power.Second,it discusses the implementation of the current operating mode of the electricity price,and expounds the impact of price factors in pricing.Finally,it explores the future pricing model of nuclear power,including principles followed by the new model,the benchmark price and other factors nees to be considered.
