The practice of promoting emergency rescue system construction in Xiangfan,Gucheng,which included founding permanent full-time emergency rescue organizations,setting up standing force,establishing normalized training exercise mechanism,and strengthening the integrated security system,et al.,was introduced.The shortages of the system were analyzed,and suggestions about improving the emergency rescue system at the country level were put forward.
