摘要
柔性管理是现代社会组织中一种非常重要的管理方式,将柔性管理应用于高校高层次人才的管理过程中,既是由高层次人才的发展特征决定的,又是对现行高校高层次人才管理模式偏于刚性的一种完善和补充。同时进一步从重塑大学人文环境、柔性化的激励方式、分类管理和心理调适等方面探讨高校高层次人才柔性管理的可能性。
Flexible management is a very important way of modern management in our society organization.Apply flexible management to the high-level personnel management,both by the characteristics of high-level personnel,but also is a addition and completion to the rigid pattern of high-level personnel management.And further reshape the human environment of university,flexibility of the incentives,category management and psychological adjustment,as a study of the possibility to flexible management in the high-level personnel management.
