江西省义务教育发展的地区差距及影响因素分析

The Factor Influencing Analysis of the Regional Difference in the Balanced Development of Compulsory Education in Jiangxi Province

运用灰色关联度方法,对2003—2008年江西省义务教育发展作实证分析,结果表明:影响江西省义务教育发展的关键因素有小学生均公用经费、初中生均教育经费、初中生均公用经费、小学生师比、初中入学率。解决这些问题,需要加大义务教育经费的投入力度,建立农村中小学教师的补充机制,从而提高教师的数量和质量等措施。同时要总结推广省义务教育均衡发展试点区及全省各地推进义务教育均衡发展的好经验、好典型,积极探索建立推进县域内义务教育均衡发展有效机制。

Based on grey correlation degree,this paper analyzes demonstratively the development status of Jiangxi province compulsory education.The results finds that the dominant factors of influenceing compulsory education development are the average public expenditure per-student in primary school,the avreage education fund per-student in junior high school,the average public expenditure per-student in junior high school,the pupil-teacher ratios of primary schools,enrollment rate of in junior high school.On the basis of these analysis,this paper brings forward the basic strategys which espand scompupsory education expenditure,builds complenentary mechanism of rural primary school teachers and enhances the quantity and quality ofteachers to improve compulsory education development of backward areas in Jiangxi province.In order to bilid and promote an effective mechanism of balanced development of compulsory education incounty,we must learn experimental district where there are some good experience and case for compulsory education development.
