高职院校就业工作是一项复杂的系统工程,建立完善的就业工作纵向组织体系是最大限度地调动各方面积极性,促进高职毕业生充分就业的根本保证。根据系统论的方法与原则,结合工作理念系统,从高职的办学规模和工作实际出发,建立"学院领导主抓、中心统筹、院系为主、全员参与"的纵向组织体系。

Employment of vocational and technical college is a complicated system： establish and improve this system needs to maximum the enthusiasm of all vertical organization sectors; promote vocational graduates a fundamental guarantee of full employment. Based the methods and principles of systems theory, combined with the concept of work system, start fromthe vocational school size and the reality of work, vertical organization model would be established.
