摘要
首先分析了城乡协同管理长效机制的内涵,进而借鉴卓越绩效评价模式,构建了城乡长效管理卓越绩效评价的技术体系,并阐述了其整体绩效的评价机制。
Firstly,we explored the implication of the long-lasting mechanism of the collaborative management of town and country.Then,referring to the predominant performance evaluating model,we constructed the appraising techno-system of the predominant performance in administering town and village for a long period and thoroughly expounded on its total performance evaluating mechanism.
