脐带血间充质干细胞研究中的若干问题 被引量:1

摘要 随着脐血造血干细胞研究的不断深入,人们对脐血中存在的另一种干细胞—间充质干细胞(mes-enchymal stem cells)的生物学特性及分化能力有了进一步的认识,并且作了大量的研究。近年来在脐带血间充质干细胞的分离培养,以及其作为一种新的细胞来源用于细胞替代治疗、基因治疗以及组织工程等方面,有了更进一步的研究和发现,同时也存在很多尚未解决的问题。本文就此几点进行综述。
