Hepcidin在酒精性肝病发病中的作用研究进展

摘要 肝脏铁超负荷在酒精性肝病发病机制中起了重要的作用。铁调节蛋白(Hepcidin)是一种由肝脏分泌的小分子多肽,主要通过抑制肠道铁吸收和单核巨噬细胞系统铁释放来调控体内的铁稳态。近期研究发现,酒精可以影响铁调节蛋白在肝脏中的表达,导致肠道铁吸收及肝脏、单核巨噬细胞系统中铁利用再循环障碍,最终引起肝脏铁沉积。
