摘要
当前中小学校长培训非常关注对校长实践能力的培养,"见习实践"培训模式为校长培训的理论和实践更好结合寻找到一条新的途径。依托情境培训模式的架构,"见习实践"培训模式的探索和实践反思均表明了该模式优势明显、可操作性强,具有现实意义。
