摘要
影响生物教师教学水平提高的主观因素主要是教师的责任感和教学能力,客观因素主要是教育制度与环境。对于学科重要性"排位"比较靠后的中学生物教师而言,要提高教学水平,除了要增强教育责任感和提高教学能力外,也需要在制度和环境方面构筑良好的催生条件。
The subjective factors that influence the biology teacher's teaching quality are mainly the teacher's sense of responsibility and their teaching ability and the objective factors are the educational system and the environment. To the ordinary high school biology teachers, the importance of whose instruction subject is not so great as others, it is, besides strengthening the sense of educational responsibility and improving the teaching ability, essential to nurture conditions in such aspects as the system and the environment to raise the teaching level.
