摘要
以大久保桃为试材,结合实际生产中存在的问题,通过选择采收适当成熟度的果实、改进装车码垛方式和桃果包装方式,研究其在产地到销售地常温运输中果温及果实品质的变化,以期为生产实践提供理论参考。
In this paper, the appropriate maturity of the fruit harvest is selected, the loading pallet means and fruit packing ways are improved, the changes of fruit temperature and fruit quality are studied during transportation at room temperature.
