机动突击行动是信息化条件下陆军战术兵团、部队最终达成战斗目的的主要行动。通过对歼敌数量、攻占地幅、突击时效性、对敌重要目标毁伤程度和己方损耗程度等主要内容的定性与定量分析,建立评估指标体系、评估数学模型,得出综合评估结果,为指挥员调整资源、科学决策提供重要依据。该量化分析的评估提高了决策的科学性、精确性。

Maneuver and strike operation is a major military operation of tactic army troops to accomplish missions under the informational condition.With qualitative and quantitative analysis of the amount of killed enemy,the territory acquired,the effectiveness of strike,the destruction of enemy＇s key targets and the loss of our own,the paper builds the assessing index system,assessing mathematic models and then summarizes the results to provide important references for the commanders to adjust the whole resources and make scientific decisions.The quantitative analysis assessment improves accuracy of the decision.
