污染条件下切口疝的无张力修补 被引量:2

摘要 切口疝是剖腹手术后常见并发症,发病率为2%~11%,且单纯修补术的复发率可达50%,应用聚丙烯等高分子合成补片的切口疝修补显著降低了复发率,成为较大切口疝的首选术式¨,但出于对感染等并发症的顾虑,在切口疝合并肠瘘、肠造口或需要同时进行肠道手术等污染状态下,
