摘要
目的研究麻辛平喘汤对哮喘豚鼠肺组织中IL-5 mRNA表达的影响。方法将56只符合实验标准的豚鼠随机分为7组,采用卵蛋白(OVA)腹腔注射致敏与雾化吸入激发的方法建立豚鼠哮喘模型。2周后处死豚鼠,取肺组织,采用RT-PCR法检测IL-5 mRNA的表达情况。结果麻辛平喘汤高、中、低剂量组及正常对照组肺组织IL-5 mRNA表达量较低,与模型对照组相比差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。高剂量组的IL-5 mRNA表达与正常对照组之间差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论麻辛平喘汤可以从基因水平上调控IL-5 mRNA转录。
Objective To study the influence of Maxin Pingchuan Decoction on IL-5 mRNA express in lung tissue of guinea pig.Methods 56 guinea pigs with the experimental criteria were randomly divided into 7 groups,with ovalbumin (OVA) was injected in abdominal cavity and inspired by inhalation in asthmatic guinea pigs.Guinea pigs were sacrificed after two weeks,using RT-PCR detected the expression of IL-5 mRNA in the lung tissue.Results IL-5 mRNA express in Maxin Pingchuan Decoction high,medium and low-dose groups were lower than the control group,there were significant differences (P〈0.01).IL-5 mRNA express in high-dose treatment group and the normal group had no significant difference (P〉0.05).Conclusion Maxin Pingchuan Decoction can control the transcription of IL-5 mRNA from gene levels.
