摘要
将台湾引进的峦大杉与杉木进行扦插繁育比较,结果表明:随着ABT处理浓度的升高,峦大杉的成活率先升后降,在80 mg.L-1时成活率最高;不同NAA处理浓度的峦大杉成活率均比杉木高,在120 mg.L-1时二者成活率的差距最大,随着NAA处理浓度的升高,峦大杉的成活率先升后降,而杉木的成活率却一直呈下降趋势。峦大杉适宜在砖红壤中栽培,较适宜在红壤中栽培。
The comparison of cutting propagation between Cunninghamia konishii from Taiwan and Conninghamia lanceollata was studied.The results showed that the survival rate of C.konishii increased first and decreased then with the increase of ABT concentration,but the highest rate was at the treatment of 80 mg·L-1.The survival rate of C.konishii was higher than that of C.lanceollata with different treatment of NAA.The biggest variation was found at the treatment of 120 mg·L-1.With the increase of NAA concentration,the survival rate of C.konishii increased first then decreased,but that of the C.lanceolata decreased from the beginning to the end.C.konishii was good to grow in latosol,and suitable to grow in red soil.
