关于高职院校素质教育的若干思考

Some Thoughts on EQO(Essential-qualities-oriented) Education in High Vocational Institutes

在我国高职院校存在重实践技能教育,轻人文素质教育的状况,这不仅不利于学生个体的综合发展,也不利于高职院校的长远发展。高职学院应当根据自己的实际情况制定全面的素质教育模式,在转变职业教育观念、构建素质教育教学体系、提高师资队伍建设和提高教师自身人文素质等方面改革,以适应素质教育的要求。

In some vocational institutes,we focus on practical education but look down upon EQO Education,which is bad for the individual development and the further development of the institute.Thus,High vocational institutes should work out the entire mode of EQO（Essential-qualities-oriented） Education and carry out the reforms in the transform of vocational education,the construction of EQO Education teaching system,and improve the qualities to teachers to adapt to the demands of EQO Education.
