摘要
回避制度作为国家公务员制度的重要组成部分,已被实践证明是一项行之有效的、必不可少的监督制度,并伴随着公务员制度的不断发展日趋完善。但是,由于我国传统文化、思想观念的影响,特殊国情的客观存在和制度本身存在的种种缺陷,我国目前的公务员回避制度仍有诸多方面的问题。本文在对回避制度存在的若干问题进行分析的基础上,结合我国的实际情况,对这一制度的完善策略进行相应的分析和探讨。
Challenge system,as an important part of national officeholder system,has proved to be an efficient and essential monitor system and developed gradually.However,because of the effect of the Chinese traditional culture,thinking definition,special national situation and the system weakness,many problems still exist in officeholder challenge system.Based on the analysis of basic problems and connected with the practical situation in our country,the article gives some related discussions and suggestions.
